Transparent Chibi America

Woah yeah sorry if this drawing kinda looks terrible,I was working fast on this because I got a new version of sai which finally allows me to back transparent backgrounds which is pretty cool if I want to make a pixel icon drawing on sai and move it to gimp,so yeah so happy!!!
